Existing IDM Subscriber – Prepaid
You simply need to select a Dualplay plan when renewing your DSL or Fiber subscription. Once your plan starts, you will get immediate access to both Internet and TV Streaming. You will receive an SMS providing you with the TV subscription login credential on IDMplay platform.
Existing IDM Subscriber – Postpaid
Login to
myaccount.idm.net.lb or to your IDM mobile app, go to change plan and select the desired Dualplay which will be effective as of your next billing cycle. You will receive an SMS providing you with the TV subscription login credential on IDMplay platform.
New IDM Subscriber
Select the desired Dualplay plan upon applying for the service . Once your subscription is activated, you will get immediate access to both Internet and TV Streaming. You will receive an SMS providing you with the TV subscription login credential on IDMplay platform.
How can I watch TV on Dualplay?
To access and watch the TV streaming channels and content, you should download the IDMplay app on your smart device.
What is the minimum speed required for TV streaming?
The TV streaming requires 4Mbps for HD quality. It is recommended to have a line speed of at least 8Mbps in order to cover both TV & Internet needs.
Why are the prices in USD and what is the applicable exchanges rate?
The Dualplay service includes a TV subscription which is priced is USD, therefor the pricing was set in USD. The monthly fees can be paid in LBP based on black market rate on the date of the transaction.
